 Practice Maintaining a Gr8 Attitude Everyday!

 

Our goal for this page is to have visitors post feelings of gratitude “DAILY” for up to one hour or more per day until it becomes a habit and you just can’t wait to get up in the morning to post what you are grateful for before you even begin your day or post before you go to sleep because you had such a wonderful day or post during the day just because you are alive and well and healthy enough to enjoy this day.

 

Whatever you are thankful for, happy about, have accomplished in each day or want to see manifested in your life, post about it here and watch how your grateful attitude starts to rub off on others or vice versa they may rub off on you OR you may just enjoy reading each day about all the grateful people that there are in this world and all the wonderful experiences that they are enjoying or are working on being able to enjoy on a more consistent basis.

 

Jump right in and don’t forget to post everyday but if you can’t then just start  by challenging yourself to giving us 5 minutes of your time on a weekly basis and just watch how your week turns into two days, then four until you are posting everyday that you possibly can because you have realized just how much you have to be grateful for.

Here’s a thought, read other people’s gratitude posts and respond by relating to what they’ve posted or by commenting on how they have opened your eyes about something specific that you never thought to express gratefulness for.

 

Are You GratefulYES I AM!!!!

 

So list it 5 times and if  you can’t think of five separate things to be thankful for no matter how small they may be then list the same thing over and over again five times to show how truely grateful you are! :-)

    1. Health and strength to get out of my bed each morning on my own

    2. Healthy, active and vibrant children

    3. My ability to retain information and my consistent desire for continuous learning because what I learn, read and practice inspires me to be a better person and aids me in helping others to achieve their own personal desires as well

    4. Good family & friends

    5. A roof over my head, food on my table and clothes on my back

    what are YOU Gr-8-ful for?……….. Invite your friends over and encourage them to post!
